Knit That Photo!

February 18, by Terrye. 1 Comment

Or knit that visual in your mind, or knit the awesome sunrise you’re looking at right now (actually, I’m looking at lots and lots of snow, but I know the sun is out there, I’ve seen it!). It’s easy, and totally do-able following the guidelines at Sweaterscapes Knitting. She’s got instructions and general guidelines (such as remembering that your knit stitches aren’t perfectly square, so you must adapt for that), she has techniques and ideas for altering and designing, and she has info on how to care for your finished knits. And, best of all, she has free patterns to get you started!

Check out the free pattern for this Fjord Pillow, just an example of the kinds of things you can create. Oh, great! Now I feel another project calling for the needles. Sigh!
