Though Earth Day has already passed, it’s always a good time to honor the earth through crafting.
I love this knit earth pattern from Sara Hall, which is free on Ravelry.
It’s actually rather detailed, and you can make it as colorful as you like, or just use one color for the land and a different one for the ocean. Maybe a little white for Antarctica, too.
I could also see this being a cute ornament for a Christmas tree, especially if you have a friend (or are a person) who loves to travel.
