Shawl knitting is a lot of fun, but sometimes you have a problem when it comes to keep the shawl attached to your body without a lot of fuss.
Knitter Donna Herron, who blogs at purl3agony, discovered a fun, crafty way to keep her shawls in place: by making her own shawl pins.
She’s got a nice collection of patterns going on her website; I really like the bead and wire one because all you really need to make it is some wire, a bead and some pliers.
