I love knit animal patterns, and I really should make more of them because they always make me smile.
This knit rooster pattern from Sara Elizabeth Kellner is really detailed and colorful and looks like it would be a lot of fun to knit.
It could be the start of a whole barnyard of knit animals. And of course you could knit him in all sorts of colors because roosters aren’t quite colored like that in nature, either.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
This so cute, it reminds me of the Kellogg’s Rooster.
