I don’t know about you, but the first warm weather week (we’ve just finished a week of 70-degree weather) has me dreaming of summer.
And one of my favorite things about summer is fresh produce, including the amazing watermelons we have here in Arkansas.
To celebrate the season to come, why not knit a cute little bag that looks like a watermelon slice?
The Watermelon Purse by fluff & fuzz (aka Amanda Berry) is a free Ravelry pattern and a cute option for little girls to carry, or for anyone to use to hold makeup or other necessities.
Stitch away while you dream of summer. It will be here soon, I promise.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
