This is one of those patterns that is beautiful in its own right, but isn’t this yarn stunning?
The Waves of Winter fingerless gloves by Tif Neilan feature a wavy lace pattern running down the hands, and I’m sure they’d be pretty in whatever yarn you happen to have in the house (you only need 153 yards or less, depending on the size you’re making) I really love the yarn she chose.
(It’s from The Kinetic Knitter and is the Ice Castles colorway, by the way.)
And did I mention these mitts have sizes? Three sizes, to be exact. That’s great for me because I have little hands, and when you’re knitting lace you really need to get the sizing right to show the lace off in the best way.
You can grab the pattern on Ravelry for $6.
