Knit a sweet goldfish for a child or yourselfKat at Just Crafty Enough has been on a mission of knitting cute sea creatures lately. I shared her knit starfish recently, and now she’s back with a sweet knit fish.

The fish is worked in the round and stuffed as you go, then fins are worked by picking up stitches along the body and knitting in garter stitch.

This makes for a pretty simple construction that’s also durable if a little one is going to be playing with the fish.

I don’t know, though, I may just have to knit one for myself.

He is so cute. I’ve knitted a few toys recently and I might have to have a go at this one too.
