All the geeky knitters in the world know about the legendary scarf of the fourth doctor on Doctor Who. The thing was massive, both wide and long, and it’s a great feat of knitting geekery to have made one.
If you lack the ability to commit to such a big (and heavy) piece of knitting, why not try finger knitting a tiny (but still really long) version instead?
Nichole was inspired by the colors in the original scarf and simply finger knit using the color sequence from the scarf. Of course it still makes a really long, dramatic decoration for a party (or even to wear as a skinny scarf yourself) but takes a lot less time to knit. And no needles!
Have you ever knit a Doctor Who scarf or a project inspired by it? I’d love to hear about it!
