Holiday ornaments are a great little handmade gift idea for teachers or anyone else who needs a little something, or they can be a part of a gift that includes some other things. I love a knit Christmas ornament in place of a gift tag on a package or bag, and most of them are pretty quick to knit.
Yarnspirations took inspiration from “The Twelve Days of Christmas” with its partridge and pear ornaments.
These are little, easy projects that would be great stash busters if you happen to have some green and brown odd balls in your stash, and of course the bird could be worked in different colors if you don’t want it to be a partridge.
So cute!

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
