I know, I know, I’ve been talking about fall knitting all week (and wanting to do some fall knitting, given that as I write this at almost 3 p.m. local time it is a blissful 73 degrees outside!) but there is still some summer to be had, no matter how much I don’t want to admit it.
Vickie Howell has a treat for those of us with little girls, as she’s sharing her Pretty in Pink girl’s party dress. This was her little girl Clover’s Easter Dress, and if I get cracking it could be my daughter’s birthday dress. It’s a cute and relatively easy top-down dress worked in Vickie’s new cotton yarn, Cotton(ish). I haven’t gotten to play with it yet but this would be a good reason to!
This sweet little dress will be cute in the months to come with tights underneath, too, so it wouldn’t even feel like a waste to knit something summery this late in the season.
Thanks for sharing, Vickie!
