All I want to knit right now is simple sweaters. I’m not actually knitting any simple sweaters, but I should be getting one on the needles soon, and it just might be Andalo by Danilo Diano.
This top-down, circular yoke sweater is worked in sport weight yarn, which is perfect for the season. It’s got a decent amount (six inches) of ease, and comes in seven sizes.
There’s the tiniest bit of texture in the yoke, and short-row shaping ups the skill level and makes the fit a little more tailored.
Best yet, this is a free Ravelry download, so go grab it for your summer sweater knitting needs.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
