Knitting Pattern – The Knitted Front Line Hero Nurse Gnome

Two things that have been trending this year are Gnomes and Nurses, so what happens when you merge those two knitting trends together? Yep, you get a Gnome Nurse or a Nurse Gnome. Actually, as this Gnome is wearing Scrubs he/she could be a Doctor, surgeon or Porter. Put him in white and suddenly he is my dentist too.  You can purchase this pattern here on Etsy.

Completed Dimensions : Approximately 28cm tall to top of hat.

Suggested Yarn : Double knitting. 25g cream/flesh, 50g turquoise, 10-15g white. Toy stuffing.

Needle Size : 3mm Single Pointed Knitting Needles (UK 11, US 3)

Language : English

Knitting Skills : Cast on, Knit, Purl, Increase by Knitting into the Front and Back of a Stitch, Decrease by Knitting Two Stitches Together, Cast Off, Sewing Pieces Together, Inserting Toy Stuffing.

Yarn Weight : Double Knitting (Light Worsted, 8ply, No.3, Approx 300m/100g)
