I’m not at all sorry that I keep sharing patterns for knit tops. I only wish I had time to knit them all!
This one from Katia magazine is a free PDF available in both Spanish and English (it’s the same PDF, just scroll down for English).
I love the way this one somehow is both structured feeling because of the little bit of ribbing and the eyelets, but also completely flowy and casual because it’s mostly Stockinette Stitch worked in a kind of open gauge.
It’s worked in a lovely cotton/acrylic/polyester yarn, but I’ll bet it would be lovely in bamboo or even a silk blend, too.

I’ve been writing about knitting online for a long time, and a lot of things have changed. But one good thing I think has changed over the years is that fewer people see knitting as a seasonal activity. Most people don’t seem to think anymore that there’s a time when it’s too hot to knit or too hot to wear knits.
Love the sweater but can’t find link to pattern or on katia website. Please help.
Looks like the link changed. Updated!
